Dyanna Serrano has joined the firm as director of HR services to lead the practice.

Serrano has more than a decade of experience in human resources and working directly with senior staff to help facilitate staffing, professional development, compensation, employee relations functions, benefits, and payroll. She specializes in human resource technologies, has developed and implemented new HRIS solutions, and contributed to the creation of new automated systems. Serrano earned her bachelor’s degree in human resource management from SUNY Empire State College, and currently resides in Greece.
