RDG+Partners Hires Thomas Queri to Build Wealth Management Division

To provide clients with more comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services, RDG+Partners has welcomed Thomas Queri, ChFC, to lead the expansion and transformation of RDGwealth.

In partnership with Advisor Andy Roberts, Queri will grow the division with a focus on two main areas. First, he will work to increase collaboration between wealth management and other teams within the firm to ensure all aspects of a client’s finances are considered in their plans. Secondly, Queri is designing a platform to enable financial advisors to grow with RDG+Partners while maintaining full ownership of their practices.

“Our focus is and always has been to help clients build wealth while minimizing tax liabilities. We see significant benefit in the collaboration between professionals with different areas of expertise, which is why we have worked to build a firm in which clients can fulfill all of their financial needs, all under one roof,” said John Rizzo, CPA, Managing Partner, RDG+Partners. “We’re excited to add Tom to our team, as we know he will be a valuable asset who will hustle for our clients.”

The firm’s business clients will also benefit from alignment between RDGwealth, RDGbenefits and RDGpayroll.

Queri brings more than 25 years of experience to RDGwealth. He has spent the majority of his career serving his own clientele while simultaneously growing organizations by recruiting, training, and developing financial advisors. On multiple occasions, Queri was brought into struggling organizations only to turn them around, get them back on track and help them to achieve new levels of growth.

“I’m a firm believer in comprehensive financial planning—which encompasses both risk management and wealth management—for individuals and business owners alike. With this in mind, we’re working toward big changes for RDGwealth,” said Queri. “I look forward to offering this boutique-level service to clients at RDG+Partners, while also providing valuable opportunities to motivated advisors aligned with this approach.”

Queri earned his bachelor’s degree from Niagara University, and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) credential from The American College of Financial Services. He is currently on the board of the Rochester chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals.

Queri is active within the community, having been involved for more than 20 years with Make-A-Wish America. During that time, he has volunteered in many capacities, including establishing and coordinating a golf tournament to benefit the organization, and helping to develop and run the local advisory board. He has also served on the Make-A-Wish board of directors. Queri is currently part of the gala committee and he and his wife are both wish granters. He currently resides in Victor.
