About Shaun
Shaun Anderson brings more than 18+ years of experience to the new firm, having most recently served as a vice president at ADP. In that role, he supported the company’s growth throughout Upstate New York. While at ADP, Anderson worked with 100’s businesses, ranging from 2 employees up to 3000 employees. Many of these businesses were going through changes that encompassed Human Capital Informational System changes, recruiting , Property and Casualty insurance restructuring, Employee Benefit strategies, and beyond. Prior to ADP, Anderson worked at Markel, a Global Specialty Property and Casualty Insurance carrier for three years. And Prior to Markel, Anderson worked for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for seven years.
Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and serves on several community boards and committees, including his activ participation in Leadership Rochester.
