About Sylvia
Sylvia joined Employee Retention Solutions as a part-time employee in June of 2022 exploring the different services within ERS. As of September 2022, Sylvia joined the team as a full-time employee as a client service specialist in payroll and benefits serving 200+ clients and is now in the first marketing role for ERS. She runs all social media platforms, leads the publication creation, and assists in proposal and content creation for ERS and RDG. Sylvia graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2022 where she gained her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in sociology and management. She was the president of her college club soccer team and enjoys traveling, yoga, and art.
